Shandong Shengye Grinding Ball Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful Zhangqiu District of Jinan City. We are a qualified factory which has passed the double certification of SGS and BV, specializing in the production of grinding medium ball steel and alloy steel bar, with an annual output of 100000 tons. More than 95% of the products are exported to more than 30 countries, with customers in Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America. We have good business relations with famous large mining companies, cement plants, thermal power plants and chemical plants at home and abroad, and have been well received by them.
At present, the company has 10 advanced forging and automatic hot rolling production lines in the world, producing steel balls and wear-resistant steel bars with diameters ranging from 15 mm to 200 mm.
Testing Equipment
We have a first-class laboratory and equipped with advanced testing equipment to ensure the quality:
Spectrometer--The wear resistance of forging steel balls are mainly determined by its chemical composition.
Hardness tester-- Testing the surface hardness of steel balls.
Laser cutting machine-- Cuting the core of steel balls.
Impact tester-- Ball mill with a diameter more than 6m, the larger the impact value, the lower the breaking rate.
Microscope-- Observe the density and structure of steel balls.
Drop tester--Testing the service life of the steel balls.
Packing and Delivery

3.Delivery Time
Witnin 15-20 days after received the payment or LC at sight. (Generally it is 5-10 days if the steel balls are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the steel balls are not in stock, it is according to quantity.)
4. Payment Terms
Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,
balance before shippment.
