20-200mm grinding ball with good wear and toughness
ShengYe's grinding balls are specially designed for ball mill and SAG mill with diameter from 20-200m, hardness range from 60HRC to 66HRC. For ball mill grinding balls, within the effective volume,the ball is of high hardness and better wear resistance, and the hardness is appropriately reduced at the smaller diameter, ensuring that the grinding effect and the effective filling rate in the ball mill , thereby improving the grinding efficiency , saving energy and decreasing wear rate. Practice of a large foreign mines, ShengYe's grinding balls decreased wear rate by 15% to 20%,and has been fully approved by the mine leaders and engineers. For SAG mill grinding balls, the performance of the grinding ball is adjusted through the improvement of the material and the matching heat treatment process.These grinding balls with high toughness and suitable wear resistance could ensure design capacity though adapting to such extremely harsh working conditions and reducing impact on the liners.
