ShengYe has made several key innovations to traditional grinding rod heat treatment technology to maximize the grinding rod performance and decrease total costs of mill grinding.
Compared with the traditional grinding rod production process, we employ high pressure quenching technology with a special quenching bath. Through precise control of the quenching temperature and process, we are able to accurately grasp the metallographic change to maxmize the grinding rod performance.
Therefore, the grinding rods produced by Shengye have a longer service life, and you don't need to add rods frequently, which reduces the labor force and the risk of injury. Compared with other manufacturers in this field, the breakage of SY grinding rod is also very low, asist you free from the trouble of downtime and increase the grinding efficiency.
