Shandong Shengye Grinding Ball Co., Ltd is located in the beautiful city: Zhangqiu District Jinan City. In China, we are a professional factory specializing in the production of forged and hot-rolled balls and alloy steel bars for the mills, with an annual output of 100,000 tons. More than 95% of the products are exported to more than 30 countries, with customers throughout Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America. And we have a good business cooperation with the big renowned mining companies, cement plants, thermal and chemical power plants in China and worldwide, we have received favorable comments from them.
At present, the company has 10 production lines of forged and automatic hot rolling that are world advanced level, and produce grinding balls with diameters from 15 mm to 200 mm and several steel bars resistant to wear. Given that the company uses advanced technology and automated processes, the entire round bar is uniformly heated at one time to ensure each ball produced is of high quality.
Production Processing
We have our own seven systems to ensure the delivery and quality, including material supply, production and management, quality control, packing, inventory, ex-factory inspection and transportation. After confirming the order we make detailed production plan including calculating time of each system, workshop arrangement, workers arrangement...etc. And we follow the plan strictly.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
