Shandong Shengye Grinding Ball Co., Ltd is located in the beautiful city: Zhangqiu District Jinan City. In China, we are a professional factory specializing in the production of grinding ball and alloy steel bars for the mills, with an annual output of 100,000 tons. More than 95% of the products are exported to more than 30 countries, with customers throughout Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America. And we have a good business cooperation with the big renowned mining companies, cement plants, thermal and chemical power plants in China and worldwide, we have received favorable comments from them.
At present, the company has 10 production lines of forged and automatic hot rolling that are world advanced level, and produce grinding ball with diameters from 15 mm to 200 mm and several steel bars resistant to wear. Given that the company uses advanced technology and automated processes, the entire round bar is uniformly heated at one time to ensure each ball produced is of high quality.
Testing Equipment
We have a first-class laboratory and equipped with advanced testing equipment to ensure the quality:
Spectrometer--The wear resistance of ball mill grinding ball is mainly determined by its chemical composition.
Hardness tester-- Testing the surface hardness of grinding ball.
Laser cutting machine-- Cuting the core of grinding ball.
Impact tester-- Ball mill with a diameter more than 6m, the larger the impact value, the lower the breaking rate.
Microscope-- Observe the density and structure of grinding ball.
Drop tester--Testing the service life of the grinding ball.
Packing and Delivery

3.Delivery Time
Witnin 15-20 days after received the payment or LC at sight. (Generally it is 5-10 days if the grinding ball is in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the grinding ball is not in stock, it is according to quantity.)
4. Payment Terms
Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,
balance before shippment.
